Dear Mrs Penny packer, my name is Morgan and I am a fifth grade student at our school Ringold Elementary school in ringold Georgia my class is reading your book pax. my feelings about the book is, it is sad but I like it. My favorite character is pax and vola the reason why these two are my favorite chracters is they are both nice and carring. another reason why they are both my favorite is because pax is just so cute and vola is just loveing and carring. one of my favorite parts of the book is when pax finds the camp it is my favorite part because when he found the camp he found food and water wich makes me happy because that lets me know that pax is not going to starve to death.

Dear Mrs.Pennypacker what inspired you to write these books. My class just read the first one and we loved it so so much and hope you write back and tell us if you are going to make a movie for the first one.

Dear Ms. Pennypacker, I love your book Pax. It has a lot of shocking things during Pax's and Peter's adventures which is what I love about books.Thank you for giving me such a wonderful time reading your book. Thanks, Henry Atkins Kittredge Magnet School, GA

Hello friend! I feel like we are friends even though we've not formally met, but I know you are a kindred spirit. I just finished reading Pax and the sequel and I wanted to tell you how much I loved the story and how much you inspire me. All my life I've been told what a great storyteller I am and that I should write, but I have ADHD (I'm also 57!) and whenever I sit down to write it just becomes a rambling mess and I get discouraged and quit. But after I finished reading the Journey Home I went to your website and the first thing I saw was your recommendations for books for aspiring writers and I knew it was fate! I am planning to read each one and go from there. I may never be published or well known, but at least I can pass down my stories to my 9 year old grandaughter. She means the world to me and I think in this way I can leave a little piece of myself with her to carry throughout her life. I also plan on reading more of your books. Thank you for sharing such wonderful stories and for inspiring my deeply buried love for writing to rise to the surface once more!

Dear Sara, We really love your books. In second grade our teacher would read them to us and we got an idea to make a movie. We have asked you separately before to make the movie but we just wanted to confirm again.(:

Dear Sara, I intended on reading you books to my son, but I couldn’t wait. I got hooked on Pax and couldn’t stop reading. I’ve read both of them in the last three days. They are wonderful books with wonderful lessons in them. Thank you. Now the hard question: How long until there is another Pax aka Sliver book? I love foxes…all wildlife really. I get to see foxes at work and have a long video of a fox eating at my bird feeder! It was incredible. I can’t wait for the next book. I hope it isn’t the length of time between the last two 2016-2021…Anyways, thank you!

Dear Ms. Pennypacker, This summer, my grandmothers and I had a book club and we read the first Clementine book together. We had a great time and the book was really funny. We especially liked it when Clementine wanted to grow a beard. I can’t wait to read more books from this series! Thank you from, Vivienne

I am an 80 years old woman and I just finished reading PAX. I loved this book at least as much as your agent. I volunteer during the school year in an elementary school working with kids on literacy. Since I started doing this I have been reading mainly the juvenile or young adults category of books and am amazed at how much I have missed and how enjoyable they are. Keep up the good work.
