Dear Sara, we thought your book was marvelous. Your book made us want to cry and we felt like we were actually with Peter and Pax. It was an emotional roller-coaster and heartbreaking in parts but we loved it. We would love a prequel and sequel to Pax. Do you think that Pax will be made into a film? We think that it was great because it was descriptive and easy to visualize in our heads. Thank you so much for writing this book. We give it five stars!!!!!! |

Hello Sara!
I loved Clementine, and I think that you are very talented and have a perfect immagination. I love the way you use other words rather then ¨said¨, and your content is beautiful! |

Dear Sara!
I like very much your books! My class is doing the same thing you did. We drew Clementines, then we got them to our houses to take pictures with them! And I liked very much this experience! |

Dear Sarah, I recently read "Pax" and, wow, I must say that it got to my heart (and very few stories manage to do that), but being a self-contained book I was left with many doubts: Peter came to improve the relationship with his father ?, Peter returned to visit Vola ?, the man who met Peter and told him about his dog is still alive? Peter met Pax again, at what time does "Pax" take place? according to my calculations it is in 2000, since Vola participated in the war and as you find out, the women in the USA could start participating in the army from the 90's and if we assume that Vola participated 10 years later, and then they passed 20 years until he met Peter my poor calculations give that he is in 2000, but hey, I'm not good at math. Maybe they are very stupid doubts but they are eating my brain, it may be badly written, I used the google translator and it is not very good. I hope you can answer my questions, of course, thank you very much.
Greetings from Argentina. |

I read Pierre in Love and fell in love. Never have a fallen for a children's picture book so deeply. I am not even sure why it still resonates so within me, but it does. After that I visited your website and read nearly everything you have to post. A little later I saw the Dullards at my library, read it, and was laughing out loud at the satire.
It has taken me a few years but I am now able to admit that I am a writer. A writer of children's stories. Some like the Dullards, some very different, but all of them looking to show kids how they may express themselves in the world.
Thank you for Pierre in Love. And for your other good works. They are getting me on the right track and remind me of the importance of publishing things that children need hear. |
