I didn't realize PAX was a children's book. I'm 70, I found the book on Libby. I love animals and started to listen to it in my car, and couldn't stop - I listened straight through. It's amazing - evoked so many feelings. I'm glad to read that you're thinking about a PAX 2.
I came to your website looking for more books by you -- but I think the others are too young.

Good Morning Mr.Sara! My name is Arthur, I'm from Brazil and I've 14 years. I've readed PAX (I love to draw a lot, and the cover art is really beautiful, I had an interest to read that book due to that artwork) and I loved everything, especially the relationship between Pax and Peter (I cried a lot due to the final chapter, I really hoped the two of them would get together, and I've been gotten really surprised). PAX is certainly my favourite book and have a special place in my bookshelf and in my heart. Really thanks for this beautiful history! (I really want a "PAX 2" or something like that, I was wondering if someday this will really happen ^^) |

When I was younger, I was given your book titled Clementine. I read it over and over again, and Clementine herself reminded me so much of myself. I relate to her even now as a high school senior, so much that I used her line (I don’t recall this word-for-word, but it’s something like this), “I just draw things on my arms so I don’t forget them” as my senior quote. Thank you for creating Clementine! It truly went a long way for young Caroline to be able to relate so directly to a book character. |

Dear Sara, I really want to thank you for your book Pax. I just have finished reading it and I am speachless... I made a New Years resolution to read at least 52 books this year and I have to say, that Pax is the best choice I could have made to be my first book. |

Hi, Sara. I bought PAX last year because my oldest son's name is PAXTON, and of course we call him PAX! I finally got around to reading the book this week and greatly enjoyed it. I found myself very caught up in rooting for both Peter and Pax. Thanks for your quality work. |
